力士樂REXROTH軸向柱塞泵的控制方式有三種,壓力控制器(如A10VS045DR/31R-PPA12NOO),還有就是壓力和流量控制器(A10VS071DFR/31R-PPA12N00)和電子壓力和流量控制器(如A10VS028DFE1/31R-12N00)這兩種。
德國力士樂油泵|rexroth油泵|力士樂a10vso柱塞泵|力士樂a4vso高壓柱塞泵|力士樂a2fo泵車柱塞泵|力士樂a11vo油泵博世力士樂生產(chǎn)先進的工業(yè)液壓元件與系統(tǒng),配合了微電子技術(shù),令傳動有力而精確。其電子傳動與控制產(chǎn)品及系統(tǒng)永遠走在科技前端力士樂柱塞泵根據(jù)傾斜元件的不同,有斜盤式和斜軸式兩種。斜盤式是斜盤相對回轉(zhuǎn)的缸體有一傾斜角度,而引起柱塞在泵缸中往復(fù)運動。傳動軸軸線和缸體軸線是一致的。這種結(jié)構(gòu)較簡單,轉(zhuǎn)速較高,但工作條件要求高,柱塞端部與斜盤的接觸部往往是薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。斜軸式的斜盤軸線與傳動軸軸線是一致的。它是由于柱塞缸體相對傳動軸傾斜一角度而使柱塞作往復(fù)運動。流量調(diào)節(jié)依靠擺動柱塞缸體的角度來實現(xiàn),故有的又稱擺缸式。它與斜盤式相比,工作可靠,流量大,但結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜。軸向柱塞泵與徑向柱塞泵比較,排出壓力高,它一般可在20~50MPa范圍內(nèi)工作,效率也高,徑向尺寸小、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、重量輕。但結(jié)構(gòu)較徑向柱塞泵復(fù)雜,加工制造要求高,價格較貴。軸向柱塞泵一般用于機床、冶金、鍛壓、礦山及起重機械的液壓傳動系統(tǒng)中,特別廣泛地應(yīng)用于大功率的液壓傳動系統(tǒng)中。為了提高效率,在應(yīng)軸向柱塞泵一般都由缸體、配油盤、柱塞和斜盤等主要零件組成。缸體內(nèi)有多個柱塞,柱塞是軸向排列的,即柱塞的中心線平行于傳動軸的軸線,因此稱它為軸向柱塞泵。但它又不同于往復(fù)式柱塞泵,因為它的柱塞不僅在泵缸內(nèi)做往復(fù)運動,而且柱塞和泵缸與斜盤相對有旋轉(zhuǎn)運動。柱塞以一球形端頭與斜盤接觸。在配油盤上有高低壓月形溝槽,它們彼此由隔墻隔開,保證一定的密封性,它們分別與泵的進油口和出油口連通。斜盤的軸線與缸體軸線之間有一傾斜角度。

力士樂油泵概述
力士樂油泵是液壓系統(tǒng)的動力機構(gòu),它將原動機(電動機、內(nèi)燃機等)的機械能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐后w的壓力能。
力士樂油泵可以分為容積式和非容積室(蝸輪式)兩種。
非容積式有離心泵、軸流泵等,利用高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的葉輪使進口產(chǎn)生真空吸入液體,并在出口連續(xù)輸出壓力液體。這種泵進口與出口相通,效率隨液體粘度增加而降低,并且輸出液體量隨出口壓力升高而顯著減少。
容積式泵是通過一個封閉的空間容積的變化來實現(xiàn)吸油和壓油的。當(dāng)這個封閉容積由小變大時進行吸油,由大變小時進行壓油。典型的為力士樂柱塞泵,柱塞從缸孔中拉出時吸油,壓進時壓油。這種泵進口與出口是被隔開的,效率取決于隔開吸壓油腔的各對運動零件間的結(jié)構(gòu)工藝間隙及油液的粘度等。粘度越高效率越高,輸油量幾乎保持不變(因效率略有影響,另外壓力升高至18MPa,油液會被壓縮1%)。

力士樂油泵的供油和自吸
Rexroth柱塞泵具有一定的自吸能力,但自吸的高度不宜超過500mm,并且嚴禁在吸入管道上安裝濾油器,吸入管道直徑不小于推薦數(shù)值,另外自吸時一定要把泵先調(diào)至全偏角。
在轉(zhuǎn)速超過1500rpm時,宜采用供油,供油壓力為0.7MPa左右。在開式系統(tǒng)中,供油泵的流量應(yīng)為該泵的130%,在閉式系統(tǒng)中,供油泵的流量應(yīng)為該泵的35%。

REXROTH油泵應(yīng)用范圍
1、REXROTH柱塞泵一般用于機床、冶金、鍛壓、礦山及起重機械的液壓傳動系統(tǒng)中,特別廣泛地應(yīng)用于大功率的液壓傳動系統(tǒng)中。
2、REXROTH葉片泵一般主要用在礦業(yè),煤炭,冶金,化工,環(huán)保等行業(yè)。一般意義的砂泵更多是指用在環(huán)保,挖沙,河道清淤等行業(yè)較多。這個系列砂泵主要以ES或者G系列的較多。除此之外,叫做砂泵的類型還有很多,石油領(lǐng)域的SB砂泵,礦業(yè)上的PS砂泵系列等等。本文介紹的砂泵主要以通常意義上的ES或G系列的挖沙,環(huán)保行業(yè)的用的砂泵。
3、REXROTH齒輪泵適用于輸送石油、化工、涂料、染料、食品、油脂、醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)中的牛頓液體或非牛頓液體,輸送液體的種類可由輕質(zhì)、揮發(fā)性液體,直至重質(zhì)、粘稠,甚至半固態(tài)液體。

REXROTH油泵分類
力士樂油泵有三大類:力士樂柱塞泵,力士樂葉片泵,力士樂齒輪泵,REXROTH力士樂柱塞泵根據(jù)傾斜元件的不同,有斜盤式和斜軸式兩種。斜盤式是斜盤相對回轉(zhuǎn)的缸體有一傾斜角度,而引起柱塞在泵缸中往復(fù)運動。傳動軸軸線和缸體軸線是一致的。這種結(jié)構(gòu)較簡單,轉(zhuǎn)速較高,但工作條件要求高,柱塞端部與斜盤的接觸部往往是薄弱環(huán)節(jié),REXROTH葉片泵只不過是離心泵的一種具體應(yīng)用的泵而命名。實質(zhì)上砂泵只是一個籠統(tǒng)的叫法,力士樂齒輪泵是采用齒輪內(nèi)嚙合原理,內(nèi)外齒輪節(jié)圓緊靠一邊,另一邊被泵蓋上“月牙板”隔開。主軸上的主動內(nèi)齒輪帶動其中外齒輪同向轉(zhuǎn)動,在進口處齒輪相互分離形成負壓而吸入液體 。
REXROTH柱塞泵:斜軸式的斜盤軸線與傳動軸軸線是一致的。它是由于柱塞缸體相對傳動軸傾斜一角度而使柱塞作往復(fù)運動。流量調(diào)節(jié)依靠擺動柱塞缸體的角度來實現(xiàn),故有的又稱擺缸式。它與斜盤式相比,工作可靠,流量大,但結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜。 軸向柱塞泵與徑向柱塞泵比較,排出壓力高,它一般可在20~50MPa范圍內(nèi)工作,效率也高,徑向尺寸小、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、重量輕。但結(jié)構(gòu)較徑向柱塞泵復(fù)雜,加工制造要求高,價格較貴。 為了提高效率,在應(yīng)軸向柱塞泵一般都由缸體、配油盤、柱塞和斜盤等主要零件組成。缸體內(nèi)有多個柱塞,柱塞是軸向排列的,即柱塞的中心線平行于傳動軸的軸線,因此稱它為軸向柱塞泵。但它又不同于往復(fù)式柱塞泵,因為它的柱塞不僅在泵缸內(nèi)做往復(fù)運動,而且柱塞和泵缸與斜盤相對有旋轉(zhuǎn)運動。柱塞以一球形端頭與斜盤接觸。在配油盤上有高低壓月形溝槽,它們彼此由隔墻隔開,保證一定的密封性,它們分別與泵的進油口和出油口連通。斜盤的軸線與缸體軸線之間有一傾斜角度。
REXROTH葉片泵:一般主要用在礦業(yè),煤炭,冶金,化工,環(huán)保等行業(yè)。一般意義的砂泵更多是指用在環(huán)保,挖沙,河道清淤等行業(yè)較多。REXROTH葉片泵工作前,先將泵內(nèi)充滿液體,然后啟動離心泵,葉輪快速轉(zhuǎn)動,葉輪的葉片驅(qū)使液體轉(zhuǎn)動,液體轉(zhuǎn)動時依靠慣性向葉輪外緣流去,同時葉輪從吸入室吸進液體,在這一過程中,葉輪中的液體繞流葉片,在繞流運動中液體作用一升力于葉片,反過來葉片以一個與此升力大小相等、方向相反的力作用于液體,這個力對液體做功,使液體得到能量而流出葉輪,這時液體的動能與壓能均增大。 REXROTH葉片泵依靠旋轉(zhuǎn)葉輪對液體的作用把原動機的機械能傳遞給液體。由于離心泵的作用液體從葉輪進口流向出口的過程中,其速度能和壓力能都得到增加,被葉輪排出的液體經(jīng)過壓出室,大部分速度能轉(zhuǎn)換成壓力能,然后沿排出管路輸送出去,這時,葉輪進口處因液體的排出而形成真空或低壓,吸水池中的液體在液面壓力(大氣壓)的作用下,被壓入葉輪的進口,于是,旋轉(zhuǎn)著的葉輪就連續(xù)不斷地吸入和排出液體。 REXROTH葉片泵以其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、使用維修方便、效率較高而成為農(nóng)業(yè)上應(yīng)用最廣泛一種水泵,但也因提不上水而令人倍感煩惱。

REXROTH油泵結(jié)構(gòu)
1、柱塞泵它是由于柱塞缸體相對傳動軸傾斜一角度而使柱塞作往復(fù)運動。流量調(diào)節(jié)依靠擺動柱塞缸體的角度來實現(xiàn),故有的又稱擺缸式。它與斜盤式相比,工作可靠,流量大,但結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜。 軸向柱塞泵與徑向柱塞泵比較,排出壓力高,它一般可在20~50MPa范圍內(nèi)工作,效率也高,徑向尺寸小、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、重量輕。但結(jié)構(gòu)較徑向柱塞泵復(fù)雜,加工制造要求高,價格較貴。
2、REXROTH葉片泵均為臥式、單泵殼結(jié)構(gòu)的離心泵。采用特殊的卡箍夾緊泵體與泵蓋,泵的吐出口方向可在360度的任何一個位置,安裝使用方便。 砂泵的軸承組件采用圓筒式結(jié)構(gòu),便于調(diào)整葉輪與泵體之間的間隙,維修時可整體拆除。軸承采用油脂潤滑。砂泵的軸封形式有填料密封、付葉輪密封、機械密封。砂泵流道寬暢,汽蝕性能好,效率高,耐磨蝕。
3、力士樂齒輪泵是采用齒輪內(nèi)嚙合原理,內(nèi)外齒輪節(jié)圓緊靠一邊,另一邊被泵蓋上“月牙板”隔開。主軸上的主動內(nèi)齒輪帶動其中外齒輪同向轉(zhuǎn)動,在進口處齒輪相互分離形成負壓而吸入液體,齒輪在出口處不斷嵌入嚙合而將液體擠壓輸出。由于這種獨特結(jié)構(gòu),所以特別適用于輸送粘度大的介質(zhì),粘度范圍為:0.2-1000000cp可反向輸送,只要更換電機轉(zhuǎn)向即可;力士樂內(nèi)嚙合泵體可轉(zhuǎn)向,進出口位置成直角,便于選配進出口位置;力士樂齒輪泵在泵體、端蓋、軸承座間都有連接方便的保溫或冷卻介質(zhì)的進出接口。REXROTH嚙合具有:無困油現(xiàn)象、輸送平穩(wěn)、效率高、噪音小,使用壽命廠的優(yōu)點。內(nèi)嚙合齒輪泵適用于輸送石油、化工、涂料、染料、食品、油脂、醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)中的牛頓液體或非牛頓液體,輸送液體的種類可由輕質(zhì)、揮發(fā)性液體,直至重質(zhì)、粘稠,甚至半固態(tài)液體。
