2、我公司所有產(chǎn)品自驗收合格之日起保修期為一年，終身技術支持，保修期內免費維修｛人為因素或不可抗拒的自然現(xiàn)象所引起的故障或破壞除外｝，軟件終身免費升級。
3、用戶在正常使用中出現(xiàn)性能故障時，在接到儀器故障通知后，2小時做反應，并給予解決，如未能解決，會在72小時到達現(xiàn)場解決問題至設備正常使用為止。
4、在保修期內，以下情況將實行有償維修服務，
（1）由于人為或不可抗拒的自然現(xiàn)象而發(fā)生的損害
（2）由于操作不當而造成的故障或損壞
（3）由于對產(chǎn)品不正確的安裝，經(jīng)他人維修而損壞
5、超過質保期的產(chǎn)品進行保養(yǎng)和維修應由用戶承擔維修、易損晚耗零件及往返運輸費用的成本費。
儀器到貨后，用戶方應對所到貨物的外包裝進行檢查。若發(fā)現(xiàn)損壞及損壞到何程度，應立即以電話或書面形式通知我公司。在進行安裝調試前用戶應提供相應的準備工作，并予以提前通知，具體安裝調試日期雙方可以協(xié)商而定。
